No. We can program for home workouts, a condo gym, or a commercial gym, based on what you actually have access to.

I’m a beginner, will online coaching still work?

Yes, as long as you want structure and are ready to follow a plan. If you’d prefer more hands-on guidance, we may recommend virtual or in-home training first.
