Coach Rob is an at home personal trainer and online fitness coach and founder of Trainers On Site and Trainers On Line, helping busy, career-driven parents lose weight, trim inches and get healthy again without dieting or spending hours in the gym.
With over two decades of fitness coaching experience, Rob specializes in simple, at-home strength training, sustainable nutrition habits, and real accountability that fits into real life. As a husband, father of three, and business owner, he understands firsthand how hard it is to put your health first when life is demanding, and that’s exactly why his programs work.
No extremes. No gimmicks. Just proven systems that help parents feel strong, confident, and in control again.

Michelle Foster is a registered holistic nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping busy moms and dads create healthy, realistic eating habits for their families. Her nutrition coaching is the main needle mover when it comes to weight loss with Trainers On Site clients.
As a mom, wife, and the backbone of the Foster household, Michelle understands the chaos of packed schedules, kids’ sports, social events, and work demands. She’s been overweight herself and knows what it feels like to put everyone else first—until the day it clicked: enough was enough, and she was enough.
Today, Michelle helps parents simplify nutrition, build confidence, and fuel their families in a way that actually fits real life.

Our mission at Trainers on Site is to help busy parents build a body they feel proud of, through time-efficient workouts, simple nutrition habits, and accountability that works in the real world.
Our story
Trainers on Site exists because most busy parents don’t fail from lack of effort, they fail because the plan doesn’t fit their life. Between work, kids, stress, and schedules, the “go to the gym more” approach usually breaks down.
Since 2008, we’ve helped busy clients create real transformations by bringing the coaching, structure, and accountability to them, paired with nutrition support that’s practical and sustainable. The result: consistent workouts, better habits, and a body that feels stronger, leaner, and more confident.

Book your free assessment
Hop on a quick call or video chat with our trainer. We’ll talk about your goals, past attempts, schedule, and any injuries or limitations, and answer your questions about how in home personal training in Milton works.

Build your personal plan
We design a plan around your life: 30-minute in-home workouts three days per week, plus realistic nutrition guidance and ongoing support from our in-house nutritionist. You’ll know exactly what to do and when.

Train anywhere, stay accountable
Your trainer comes to you – your home, condo gym, backyard, or wherever is most convenient. We track your progress, adjust as needed and keep you accountable so this time, the results actually stick.
