Our Story
It all started with an individual, Mobile Personal Trainer - Robert Foster.
He had a dream of making the Mobile Personal Training/In-Home Fitness Industry more professional, accountable, integral and systematic. After working for Canada's largest fitness club as a Personal Trainer, Membership Coordinator, Fitness Instructor and Fitness Manager - Robert soon created Trainers On Site for the large growing demand for alternatives to the Gym. He realized that people were time-starved and instead of giving up on fitness altogether, why not bring the workout to them?
Robert started with his own solution to drive from home to home in his fuel efficient, environmentally friendly smart car. This allowed him to help customers achieve their fitness goals with In Home Personal Training one client at a time, one fitness goal at a time.
What Mr. Foster found was that he could not be everywhere for everyone. There was only 24hrs in a day and he needed to sleep at least six. So he sought a solution. Why not have amazing trainers who are better than he is, train all new clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area?
OUR TRAINING PRINCIPLES AND METHODS
We are an incorporated, liability insured, trademarked mobile personal training service that provides 30 or 60 minute on-site fitness sessions at your home or workplace. Varieties of package sizes are available to suit your goals and budget.
Our combined 30 years of fitness industry experience and over 20,000 Trainers On Site client sessions serviced, makes us the very top in our category of in home personal training. Combine that with an ever expanding and constantly growing team, we give an elite level of first class service and never compromise quality over quantity.
For your on-site workouts we tend to use resistance bands, dumbbells, the TRX, Bosu/Medicine/Stability Balls, kettle-bells and more. Monthly assessments will be performed to ensure we are meeting your goals and all of our clients receive a success journal to write down your progress each session
