Trainers On Site would love to welcome you to a great team. If you fill our criteria and agree with our requirements, we will consider your application.
We are looking for individuals who are Motivational Masters.
We do not want boring, quiet passive trainers.
In fact, if you haven't trained before, or are very new to the industry - we might still want you. It is not about your scholastic education (although it does help). Quite honestly, most book-smart trainers are very quiet, in-attentive and shy. (I have met the few opposites though).
At Trainers On Site, we will mould you and train you into becoming a Motivational Master. We have our very own in-house certification program as part of our Trainers On Site franchisee school. You will still be required to have your bare minimum Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist Certification before you start training any clients.
We have franchises available in most cities throughout the GTA, possibly throughout Ontario as well.
